Sunshine
Sunshine was a lovely affectionate very special tom cat. I got to meet him, as I walked into one of the wards of the animal hospital. Sunshine was brought in by someone as he lay on the street with both his hind limbs deformed.

Tanya
Meet Tanya , who is now up in the Heaven’s with many Angels. Tanya was a lovely female cat who I used to feed on the street  in 2002.As I took a careful look, Tanya had suffered a broken jaw, and it was dislocated.  There was an injury inside her mouth, injury to her jaw and no wonder she had turned frail as she possibly could not have eaten or drank anything. She was alive and still managed to come from nowhere made me see that God had a bigger plan.

Benji
Benji was a 6 month old kitten found with multiple fractures in Jan 2003. Benji had  both the front limbs severely fractured in casks and a hind limb fractured too. He had become frail, weak with  a little chance at life. We got him out of the casks, in time,  treated him for his cold and gave him leg massages for 3 -4 months.  He recovered gradually and then from a slow walk, he started running, climbing and jumping high to play with the cat toy “ Fish Pole”.

Dennis
Dennis was aptly named due to the menace he created as a kitten, but we loved him dearly. His menace was much loved. Today he is not with me in body, but is always around in spirit.
I met Dennis as a very small kitten who was in an ambulance under the seat in a basket, waiting to be released back where he came from.

Laila
I was on the street and could barely see a thing and was frail, hungry and starved.  I was frightened and wondered how would I manage my life in such a busy city with no one to even look at me or feed me.  I had this infection in my eyes and I had no mother who could keep me clean and warm.  Soon I realized I was losing my vision due to this terrible infection.

Winky
My Life was far too scary to call it an Adventure and I am happy to relax, eat, play and take a good nap without having to worry about my Life.  I lived in the slums by the side of a railway station in Mumbai. I had lost my eye since years earlier and had a tough life being a female cat, rearing kittens and fending for food for myself and my kittens.  One day I set out to search for food as I had not got a meal since a few days and was feeling starved and hungry.  That day I was caught between 2 trains on the railway track.

Bandit
Bandit left us on Feb 26th 2010 and crossed the Rainbow Bridge. Bandit was a shy, timid cat who in life had probably been abused by humans. She was found in a condition where her forelimb was critically injured and had to be amputated. Bandit loved looking out of the window and preferred been shown affection from a distance. She gave us 8 years of joy by being with us. Thank You Bandit for enriching our Life.

Scooter
Scooter is one of the rare examples of a Paralysed cat who survived after having been given a chance at rehabilitation and massage. Scooter was found as a frail, cat who had been paralysed in both her rear limbs and was unable to walk. Whilst doctors advised that the only option maybe Euthanasia, we decided that she needs a fuller and better chance at life.

Veronica
Veronica was found with a huge deep injury just adjoining her spine. It was rather tough to treat a wound which was so close to the spine but luckily had not damaged any of the nerves. Yet it took very long to heal and after healing there would have been a permanent dent next to her spine which looked like a “sealed hollow” created due to the injury. Veronica could no longer walk straight but would have a “swayed walk”.
